Singing Hills is an established residential community developed in the late 1990's and includes 103 single family homes, common greenspace areas, city maintained walking paths that run through the neighborhood, and wide streets for guest parking. This neighborhood has almost no thru traffic, so you can safely walk or bike around in the community. We also benefit from the bordering Singing Hills city park with playground, picnic shelter, and large recreational lawn area used for soccer and sports activities.
Located in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho, we enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding mountains, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, family-friendly schools, abundant parks, and exceptional outdoor recreation options, including water sports, rock climbing, hiking trails, Centennial Trail for walking, running and biking, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, boating, and so much more. We also enjoy convenient access to I-90 to discover everything that nearby Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, and surrounding areas have to offer.
