Your HOA Board of Directors is elected at the Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting held in November. All Board Members are fellow Singing Hills homeowners who are unpaid and who have graciously volunteered their time to help keep our community running, including maintenance of our common areas, paying association bills, maintaining financial records and dues billing, and supporting homeowners with community-related questions and issues.
We've also included a Resources page to help residents learn about services available in the community, as many questions the Board receives can be answered or resolved via these resources. By purchasing a home within Singing Hills Subdivision, the homeowner automatically becomes a member of the Singing Hills Homeowner's Association, is subject to the CC&R's, and is required to pay the annual dues. These dues are necessary to pay for common area maintenance and community expenses (i.e., common area lawn mowing, landscaping, sprinkler maintenance, property taxes on HOA greenspaces, administrative fees, etc.). We are required by the City of Post Falls to maintain these areas, and the way we do that is via our Incorporated Non-Profit entity, Singing Hills Homeowner's Association, Inc.
